CMR 101.3 FM, a multicultural radio station, was looking for ways to catch up to the fast growing social media world and seeking ways on how to leverage off the social comments.
CMR was searching for innovative ways to build up their social media and engage with targeted audience. Their website was newly built and was in need of a boost in page views and interactions. As a radio station, they also offer many contests and promotions. CMR wanted to bring social media into these areas as well.
To start with, we embedded the social hub onto their new website to increase the interaction. With minimal training, the CMR team was able to apply relevant content such as videos, blogs and articles from their web news. IdeaCloud Social Hub utilizes social insights to increase metrics. With the success of IdeaCloud Social Hub on their website, they wanted to work with us for their event as well. So, they launched an IdeaCloud live social wall at their Starfeast 2015 concert to continue to engage more people.
With our fully-customizable products, we were able to meet CMR’s needs. Paired with the web integration, we were happy to report 100% increase in engagement time on their site and 50% increase in content interaction.
